  Surrounded by construction sites

  I walked around this condo today as the rent for the 3BRs with large balcony sounded too good to be true. And indeed: this condo is surrounded by construction sites (Boulevard, 21 Angullia Park, Skyline @ Orchard Boulevard TOP 2015!). It was dusty and noisy! Only the smaller units facing Cuscaden Walk seem to be OK. For the others even "high floor" will probably not help as the condo is not that high. It's beyond me why some agents describe it as "peaceful" or "in quiet surroundings". This is misleading!
