  Should have bought long ago

  Aiyah should have bought Amber Skye before the MRT was completed to make $$$ now. This is a big bonus point in addition to its freehold status in D15, and previously affordable prices below $2100psf (now this is $1,882 to $2,697psf.

  good connectivity now

  Previously there were buses, but recently Tanjong Katong MRT station is completed and now you have MRT literally at your door step at Amber Skye. Just a short walk to the very vibrant East Coast Park, best for families and those with pets. The layout is also cosy and spacious. Nice expat neighbours and breezy interior.

  New wave luxury

  Great visual impact with the aesthetic wave-like design of the building facade making Amber Skye an iconic development along Amber Road, close to the beach and many eateries. The building has 7 back-to-back stacks and the undulating balconies were designed specifically to mimic sea waves, a nod to its (almost) seafront location.
