  Adam Green's thoughtful management

  Small quiet condo with only 16 units but management takes pride in the upkeep. Concierge always working hard, thank you. Tiny greenery area within the grounds but can see it is well-cared for. Despite the size, they included a fitness station for young and elderly inside condo, playground. Families can benefit from living here with all the amenities around, brand name schools, famous garden and food too.

  Adam Road food centre, Botanic Gardens

  Fantastic location. Yummy food at nearby Adam Road food centre and lovely walks through Botanic Gardens. Also short distance to Bukit Timah stretch with Cluny Court and such. Living here can enjoy life to your heart's content. Eat and stroll everyday. Very chill area nice

  Adam Green not green enough

  Thought will have lush greenery within the grounds but actually very little. Adam Green is just capitalising on its surroundings to market the place. Yeah the location is wonderful and indeed green but the condo itself is rather basic and just a leasehold. Too small for me. Like I said, the best thing about Adam Green is the location but for basic apartment only.
