  82A is perfectly positioned within the MacPherson Spring cluster. You get the benefit of a modern flat with an incredible location. Having MacPherson MRT right downstairs is the highlight, but being within walking distance of Paya Lebar Square, PLQ, and Singpost Centre (via the Paya Lebar MRT area) adds so much value. It’s rare to find a place where you can enjoy local hawker food at your doorstep and major shopping malls like PLQ just a few minutes away.
