Love at first sight!
I bought a unit at BLK 471 in 2008. I made the decision after viewing the apartment for 8 minutes. The block is around 8 mins walking distance to MRT and there are wet markets , 24 hours NTUC and food court nearby( 5 mins walking). Super convenient. 1 station to Jurong point and 2 stations to Jurong east shopping area. The best primary school Rulang is within 1 km, Shuqun primary School is at stone throw distance. There is a garden downstairs which has 300 meters around of running track. Basicly this is like Condo, just it does not have a security and swimming pool. The 4 blocks(469,470,471 and 472 ) are all EM. Neigbours are very friendly, and the TC is also quite resposible for this area. My unit is on high floor, north south facing , no west sun. For me ,this unit is perfect. -
