  Prime location with a view. Located right on top of Clarke Quay MRT station and The Central Mall with part of the Singapore River in front and Clarke Quay right on the other side of the river. The units are known to be commercial units but some people do live in there

  Love staying here

  Rented a unit at Soho 1 for 2 years and then owned a unit at Soho 2 (currently staying there since 2011); extremely convenient location if you work in the CBD area (Raffles place - within walking distance, MBFC and Suntec within 5-7 mins taxi); there are bus links, MRT in the basement and never have to wait for taxis (Swiss Hotel Lobby is just next door). Pool and gym rarely crowded during weekends as most residents use the units as office. Food places nearby both high and low end; the central also has a food court. Great rental yields and price appreciation for investment!

  Loft unit

  Rather clinical, neat, good security and yuppy lifestyle. Very convenient for work in or near town. Nice restaurants, food court and eateries around. Convenient but groceries can be expensive unless you go elsewhere.

  Live, Work & Play at Soho@central

  Central location with MRT and shopping center directly below – good range of Japanese restaurants and within walking distance to Daimaru, Marina shopping area and Chinatown. Facilities pool on 5th floor and area with lounge chair and beds for hosting friends. 4 cool heated Jacuzzi and pool with full body jetstream. Gym faces Clarke Quay. Studio can be used for both office and residential. Unit has own washroom and pantry with convention cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine cum dryer. High floors have excellent view of Singapore river and Fort Canning Hill and flexibility to build loft.
