  Spent Beautiful Experience

  I lived at 30 Marine Crescent for the past 2 years, and it’s truly been a beautiful experience. The environment is so breezy and peaceful, with a sea and beach view right in front of the house such a rare thing to have in the city. The amenities around are really great and everything you need is nearby. It’s also very family and kid friendly, with many playgrounds, open grassy areas, and relaxing views all around. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to East Coast Park and enjoy the white sandy beach anytime—picnic, jog, or just chill by the sea. One of my favorite things is watching birds flying around, including those big sea birds you usually only see in zoos Also only 5 minutes to Marine Cove a huge playground kids will love. Many beautiful memories were made here.
