  Noisy area and neighbours

  Mature estate, expect lots of reno from neighbours like DIY drilling and hammering. Area full of old neighbours, dragging of furniture is very common during 11pm to 4am. Most of them suffer from insomnia. Birds come inside kitchen all the time and poop on laundry hanging outside.

  Noisy old neighbours

  Area full of unethical people. Everyone DIY drill and hammer every weekend. This area has a lot of police reports for noise. Avoid. Bus timing every 15+ mins and always delayed.

  Noisy neighborhood

  Very noisy neighborhood. Always doing construction everyday. Stayed for 3 yrs. Time to move now.

  Sooo noisy 24/7.

  Sound complaint won't do anything. Got some renovations all around the area. Got surrounded by schools so it's noisy on weekdays. HDB walls no soundproofing and not good.
