As the world comes together to fight COVID-19, it is clear that the economy and our lives will be heavily impacted. No doubt, these developments concern you. We want to help.

In that spirit, we have put together a suite of relief initiatives. These are available immediately and will last until 30th June 2020. Because the COVID-19 situation changes so rapidly, we will track closely whether these measures provide the relief we hope they do. Be assured that we will continue to evaluate further solutions and are ready to give you the best support we can into the future.  

Measures to provide savings to new and existing agents:  

1. 50% Price Reduction for New Agents 

All first-time agent partner subscribers will enjoy 50% off your Advance Package. You can find out more details about our agent packages here or contact our team of Account Managers

2. Additional 5% Discount for Renewing Agents 

On top of existing renewal offers, agent partners with an upcoming account renewal (Apr 2020 onwards) will receive an additional 5% discount when you renew your account at the same tier, a month ahead of your account expiry. 3. Ad Credits Required for Listings Activities is Fixed at a Lower Amount 

During this time, we want to eliminate as much uncertainty as possible for you. As such, we will be locking down Optimus and fixing the amount of Ad Credits needed to repostBoost and Spotlight  for all listings. For the majority of listings, the amount of Ad Credits has been set at a lowest since the start of 2020.

Dear Agents, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We have to-date rolled- out two rounds of relief initiatives, and each measure within them have been thoughtfully designed to cater to the different needs for agents’ to as large an extent as possible. In the first round, new agents enjoy 50% off their Advance Packages, and existing agent partners receive additional 5% off their renewal packages. To provide savings and to eliminate as much uncertainty as possible, the amount of Ad Credits needed to repost, Boost and Spotlight have also been fixed for all listings and the amount has been set to lowest since the start of 2020 for most listings. In our second round of initiatives, known as the ‘Circuit Breaker Edition’ announced on 14 April 2020, we crafted measures specially to support agents who are affected by the movement control in Singapore.

At such difficult times, PG is still very very sales driven and enticing for new signups with more discounts. I salute to the PG marketing team. Very very good marketing strategy. Will not hesitate to poach them to my agency anytime. Well done guys!!! However, I sincerely wish PG can do better to their existing subscribers, by matching what other competitors did, to freeze and extend the expiration date of our subscriptions during the lockdown as there won’t be any viewings at all.

Help for existing agents will be appropriate than using current situation to find new sign ups...in times like this existing agents have to promote thier listings even frequently to find clients. No need to think inside business box, can think out of it on compassion ground.
