with the recent changes in property ownership...must i sell my hdb first then buy private?

how to navigate through this since i do need to sales proceed to buy the pte?

would like to talk to any experienced agent on this. txs!

Hi Confused,

You do not have to sell your HDB before buying pte property. You only need to fulfilled the MOP period of your HDB flat before buying pte.
