Why wouldn't agents write more information and post the photos of the unit?

Honestly, I can't waste my time & phone calls to contact every agent who didn't even care to write something about the unit or post some photos of the unit for sale or for rent.

I'm searching an ideal condo in the west(D23,D22).

Yet, what are mostly seen, are the photos of the condo, which means no photos at all. What is this?

Pls note, as a potential buyer, I really appreciate some sincere and hard working agents who posted the photos of the units. (livingroom, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen)and I would contact them first as soon I see one unit to my likings.

Dear potential buyer,..

i understand what u meant when you cant see any photos. i know you dont want to waste time viewing units that doesnt match to your likings...there are many reasons why many units are not with photos,...
sometimes,sellers dont allow agents to snap photos of their units,they dont feel comfortable people to look at their units on websites,another reason,sellers dont allow is because,they inform agents,if we have buyers then only we can bring,if not we have to wait till we have genuine buyers,..many other reasons i can tell u,...do let me know if u are keen on regents heights,..i have a unit there with only six months renovation,..brand new,..thanks.
