It normal for buyer ask for a higher price and to buffer for negotiation.

For a 724-unit development, it is no surprise to find many owners who may want to take profit as most of them bought at $6xx psf and not subjected to any seller's stamp duty.

Doubt there is any major issue with the project. I have client who can't wait to get hold of the keys and move in.

It is natural for a huge project like Livia to have owners put up their unit for sale upon TOP. Calling prices for new projects are quite typically set at about $1k psf.
