Have u ever consider

The Reflections at Keppel. It is outside CBD, no yet near the SENTOSA IR and VIVO CITY. Allthough it is outside CBD but yet the potential is there. It is quiet and just 10mins drive to CBD. If you are interested. I do have some subsale units. However will need to know your requirements.
