When determining the price of a landed property, how do you allocate between the land per square foot price and the built in area per square ft price
i.e. if land is 5000 sq ft and built in is 5000 sq ft v land is 5000 sqft and built in is 6000 sq ft
i.e. if land is 5000 sq ft and built in is 5000 sq ft v land is 5000 sqft and built in is 6000 sq ft
