Hi 陆女士,
As this is a new launch project, we are unable to establish the exact monthly maintenance fees for the individual units, but only an estimate and this is the breakdown of the estimated maintenance fees online:

1-Bedroom + Study 527 $400
2-Bedroom 529-678 $480
2-Bedroom + Study 775 $480
3-Bedroom 926-1012 $480 – $560

I have been in the real estate business since 2009, with more than 13 years of experience serving the Singapore real estate market.
