What is the lowest quantum I will need to pay to get a freehold 2+1 or 3 bedroom apartment or condo preferably on high floor with no west sun.However more lower will it be if I opt for District 15 ?

Dear Budget Deal,

My advise is to seek a banker advise on the eligibility of your financial strength to purchase a property and also advise a quantum for the property you can look at. I can tell you the prices of these property that you are looking for, but would the unit be suitable for you in terms of price, location and other factors?
