What is the difference between "fair wear and tear" and "minor repair"?
I am moving out soon and my landlord wants me to pay for all imperfections to the property which was not new when I moved in. I believe they are "fair wear and tear" and therefore not my financial responsibility to fix, but he says they are "minor repairs" and hence the tenant's responsibility.
