Hi Sir/Mdm,

Blk 433 consists of 3 room, 4 room, 5 room and Executive flat. May I know which is your flat type? For 4 room, the price range is in the region of 400k and 5 room just below 600k.

HDB prices are at a high right now and our govt is aggressively ramping up the supply. In my opinion, the value of your flat 5 years down the road should be lower as compared to the value today because by then the balance lease would be less than 50 years and there will be a lot more restrictions for potential buyers.
