May I know which condos are you comparing? If its a comparison between Pasir Ris 8 and Coco Palms (newest and closest to Pasir Ris 8), one factor you need to consider is the balance lease available when reselling at the 10th year mark. If you are comparing between the upcoming new launch Pasir Ris 8 and nearby Pasir Ris Grove condos, I would recommend to go with the Pasir Ris 8 integrated development due to its direct sheltered connection to all the amenities that matter. Being right in the epicentre of the new upcoming infrastructure plans, It is also in a better position to ride on the growth of the latest pasir ris new infrastructure plans as the new mall, MRT interchange cross island line, air-conditioned bus interchange, a town hall, polyclinic and connection to Pasir Ris Park and beach will be attributes that other condos in Pasir Ris cannot offer.
