What happens if the owner doesn't respond after I have paid the deposit (5%) to their lawyer for the private property purchase?
Its less than a week from completion date but no news from the owners yet. If I lapse the completion date because they don't give me the account details then whose fault is it and do I get any compensation for my losses?
