What can I do if the tenant is not cooperating with us on potential buyers' viewing timing?
Looking to sell my property, initially the tenant restricted viewing to once a month. But after we send an email and talked face to face with them. We requested that the viewing to be once a week. Tenant then said that they are only free on Sunday morning and no other days, so we agree that we arrange only on Sundays morning for 30 to 45mins to accomodate them.
For the first month, my agent manage to arrange for 2 Sundays to do the viewing. But after a month of the agreement. Problems started arising, it have been to the extend that the viewing can only be arranged once every 3 weeks because they claim that they will be going overseas etc. What can I do about this situation?
