What action can I take against landlord who doesn't refund security deposit?
I've gone to small claim tribunal court but it didn't help as i do not have the landlord's address and contact number. Landlord contact details didn't written in the tenancy agreement except his name and IC).
Agent failed to response too. Since my claim is small ($3000), appointing a lawyer doesn't make sense as I will end up spending more on legal fees.
What other options do I have left?
