We would like to find out, if an agent who has collected commission, and within 3 months, tenant becomes abusive and there are damages but complains that the landlord is the cause and saying that the landlord cannot go over. Is this possible? What can the landlord do?

Any abusive behaviour resulting in physical body harm should be reported to the police.

If there are damages to the property which you deem good enough reason to evict the tenant, engage a lawyer to evict the tenant legally.

I do not understand what do you mean when tenant says landlord cannot go over.
