We own a condo status house and wish to change to single ownership. What kind of cost should I be looking at for removing my name from joint ownership?

Hi,

Relevant stamp duties will apply, as well as bank admin charges if theres a loan. May I know your purpose of doing so? Perhaps there are other methods to achieve your objectives. Thanks and hope to discuss further.
