We are sisters/divorcee and currently looking for a unit from 4rm to Mais. Our CPF combines will be ard S$60k. We have a total of 3 children. looking for a grd floor unit if possible and our second choice will be above 8 floor. Part/Full/Ori state welcome.
HLE will be submitting on wednesday.
No cash involve/below valuation. We are actually looking for advice too.
