We are renting out one room in a 2 flat rooms apartment (The owner locked one room) His personal stuff still inside the room. He travel overseas, come back Singapore every 2 months, stay 1 months after that go overseas again.

If the HDB come to ask me about the situation. What should I say? Any problem for my case?
