To buy a pte condo under trust, what are the costs involved to upkeep this trust?
How is the exit strategy like? If my child is 1yr old, and i hold the condo till lets say child is 10yrs old, can i sell it before child turns 21yrs old. Just like a normal sales? The money goes into a joint account with me and child?
