I am an oil company executive and my Singaporean family is keen to rent a 3-bedroom @ Dakota for 2 years. As a choice tenant with a live-in maid, I am keen to consider a desirable and "lights, curtains, main door grille, clothes drying hanger in yard, horizontal clothes hanger behind toilet/bedroom doors, and a few painting hooks"-furnished unit at less than $4000/ mth - a value I think this HDB-locality development is worth.

Hi, your requirements are resonable but the rental price for 3rm is nearer to 5k. The reason being near town and mrt and also good amenities like good hawker food, wet market, 24hr NTUC, etc.

Just TOP and many units are now under renovation.
