Thinking of buy a property at Geylang Lor 2x (even numbers). Any professional care to advise if its acceptable for family stay? I am concerned for the welfare of my young daughter, but I can't afford a private property anywhere else.

Hi JJ,

Are you a foreigner? Since you already have this concern back at your head, my advise is certainly to stay away from that area. No one knows what is the tolerance level for individuals. I personally find it alright but this will differ person to person.

If you do not mind, can you share more about your budget which you intend to put into this purchase?
