Saw the webpage u created. Its a nice place.

There is currently also a similar 2 bedroom for rent in Chelsea Lodge and has been renting for more than a month but no takers. It is marketed at a rental of $2.5k neg, fully furnished.

Perhaps you might want to seriously consider renting out at also maximum at $2.5k too.

I do have a modern indian family (EP holders) from Malaysia wanting to move into tanjong katong by mid Jan - Couple and 2 children. (Working as managers in an Electronic Company)
