So I meet a salesperson from the internet (He representing the landlord and registered on CEA). We arrange the meeting and look at the unit. He agree to accept 50% from the deposit and will take the rest on 1st May. Is it ok to give the money directly to the salesperson with cash?

Should I make an LOI?

Hi, should you decide to part with cheque or cash to secure any unit, it should be accompanied with a LOI and get it signed as this is to protect yourself.

Dun the market practice, LOI will not be valid with 50% deposit. The seller do not have to valid your LOT at all.

The seller agent just wanna to hold you tight with your money $$$ n you gain nothing in return. Haha
