Hi Saifuddin,

1st thing to take note is that you are required to fulfil the minimum occupation period(3 or 5 years depending on the loan you take and any housing grant) for your HDB before you are eligible to sell.

Different units have different value and valuation of a unit is conducted by a licensed organisation therefore what we can assist now is to only estimate what the valuation can be, however, before we are able to do that, we will need to know which block or cluster is your unit in and wherever possible, arrange an appointment with you to visit your unit to assess the condition before making our estimation.
