Signed a tenancy agreement on a B1 industrial space for my business. Realised that the unit is not authorised to be sublet when my application for SP services and insurance was rejected. I cannot obtain proper insurance to continue my business. It has been 3 months. Is the tenancy agreement still valid? And course of action for me? thanks. really need some urgent advice.
