You can actually get a condo in Melville Park at a much lower price. And i can think of a few development that is cheaper than the gale. (All within 10 years old)

Regardless, i would advise that you do not stretch your quantum too much so that you do not face a too much of a financial strain after committing to your property.

Eventually, you would have to decide between something that is nice (more expensive) or something that is Cheap (less desirable). Ultimately, its your choice.

I am very interested to know the reason you are looking at The Gale. There are definitely other available projects, albeit slightly older with prices comparable to The Gale. Is your purchase strictly for investment (rental) or self occupation?
