Resale status, HDB inspector request me to engage HDB contractor to install the window stopper and get them to submit the form.

can anyone recommend any window contract to fix my window stopper and submit the form to HDB?

We can't recommend any contractor, lawyer, or any handyman over here. Thus can only direct you to the HDB registered contractor over this weblink.
