Rain water leaks spotted from external wall into my inner wall in Jan 2019. TOP in Dec 2018 . Before move in developer apply PU Grouting Membranes in Feb 2019. We move in Apr 2019 and the leakage still occur on 4 occasions until now whenever it rains. 2nd PU membranes apply last week. Question is If the rain water leakage from the same wall still continue who shall repair or bear the cost for rain water coming through from the external wall in future?
Can I take legal actions against MA/ Developer?
Please advise and Thank you Professionals

Hi, I don’t think anyone here would be able to advise whether or not can you take legal action and my suggestion would be it is best to seek your law firm assistance.
