Condo can be purchased by foreigner in Singapore without restriction unlike other countries.

But some banks can only lend up to 70% to foreigner with offshore income.

If financing is not an issue, the next important factor to ask yourself will be budget for what projects, bedroom size. Buying for own stay or investment. Investment is for rental or capital yield? Buying for own stay will depend on the length of your employment in Singapore and any plan to convert to PR in the next few months or years.
