Property prices in Newton/Orchard seem to be staying flat and even increasing slowly despite Government interventions..any reasons?

Hi J,

Reason behind is that the measures introduced is insufficient to dampen the buyer's quest to purchase property. Any measures introduced will likely see a slowdown but for those whose pockets are deep enough to withstand the measures and still see value in the purchase, nothing is going to stop them.
