Dear Vivian,

Binjai Crest is a strata landed development where only Singapore Citizens are eligible to purchase. For PR, you will be required to apply for approval from the SLA Land Dealings Approval Unit in order to purchase, and there are criteria set out for such purchases to be fulfilled.
