Renting Property

Owner calling all agents who have tenants interested in renting my apartment in 8 RODYK. It is reasonably priced and in River Valley area (D09). Corner unit so has very serene unblocked double-sided views of Singapore River from living/dining & kitchen. All bedrooms have water views too. 3+1 bedroom apartment in Rodyk high floor, 1335sqft, partial furn, Private lift. Suit Executive single or couples . Just TOP so everything is brand new - Aircon, fridge, washing machine + dryer,microwave, oven, etc. Dry & wet kitchen. Marble floors. High quality finish. Next to Robertson Quay cafes & restaurants. At 8 Rodyk Street for rent only asking for 7.8K neg slightly, 2yr lease. Full std commission paid. Flexible viewing hours even on weekends. Pls call me up for viewing, (I am the owner ,not agent).
