Noticed that City Square prices have dropped alot..... from 1k+ psf in Sep 08 to 770 psf (transacted last wk - ura will update website later). I believe it will drop further since the stock market has always been a good indicator of 6mths ahead of property which has worsen. I believe city sq will drop much further closer to top. some 2 bed room unit are offering for sale as low as 780 psf now... when it was first launch... prices were below 500 psf for 3 bedrm unit.. see http://www.listings.sg/historical/4996.html?cur_page=19 ! A 1000+ sq feet sold around 600k in 2005.
