Hi confused,

In 2009, landed prices have not appreciated so much as compared to now. My apologies to you for the abrupt response to your post in 2009 after more than 2 years, as this is my direction for 2012 to revisit all my old clients and queries to see if there is anything I maybe of assistance for real estate matters.

Current price index for property has caught up pretty fast, for example in D15 area, original condition is looking at almost $1,000psf now, however, if you were to consider the build in area comparing against a condo, it still pales in comparison.

I am part of a dedicated team of salesperson operating in D14-18 landed housing section, and I have other colleagues who are dedicated in other districts of Singapore who maybe able to assist you in your real estate needs, especially in landed properties.
