All legal documents must be signed by the owners. However, an arrangement may be made separately for the signature of the absent party.

Hi,

There are 3 documents that need all your signature:
(a) An Estate Agency Agreement for the sale of property. This is to grant the right to agent to place it on open market for sale.
(b) Option-To-Purchase; this is a document offer to buyer that price is agreed by 3 of you.
(c) Sale & Purchase; this is the final document that has to be sign with the witness of the lawyer, usually sign at law firm other than exception cases.

On top of the above, you have to be able to produce title deed to prove the ownership before we are allowed to proceed.

Yes, all the legal contracts/documents for the sale will require all owners' signatories. If any of the parties is/are not in Singapore, they may wish to appoint a Power of Attorney to act for them in the Sale.

By the way, can I have more info of your condo and unit detail so that I can find out about the unit value on your behalf alright? Generally it takes about 1 to 3 months time for a unit to be sold, and nope all 3 sellers do not have to be present to do the signing together.
