Need help. Having a leaking kitchen. Have ask the owner of the top unit to repair but they refuse to do it. Have try all means but cant stop the leaking unless the top unit repair their floor. Is there any other thing that I can do if the owner just refuse even if I get lawyer to send a letter to them?
