My relative owned a Condo bought more than 10yrs ago as a S'pore PR working here. However, they moved back to their native home (M'sia) about 6 yrs back and only recently, their PR status have expired. Are they still legally eligible to own the existing property and renting out? Any law / rules and regulations binding foreigners from owning condominium in S'pore?
