No, you will not be eligible for ABSD relief. ABSD relief is applicable for married couples with the intention to change their matrimonial homes, where both names must be in the properties purchased or sold. For ABSD refund, the 2nd property purchased must be under joint names. Hence, for the scenario you mentioned, ABSD is not refundable.
