My pte place has just been enbloc, carveat lodged, completion in 3 mths. If I buy a resale pte now, can I be considered one property buyer for stamp duty as current prop still my name but awaiting completion.
As buyer of private, is it true that we do not pay agent any commission regardless whether he is seller agent or co-broke agent?
