My Parents Owns a HDB flat under joint tenancy. Recently my dad has just pass on. I understand that under this scheme the hdb flat will automatic go to my mum. My siblings and myself are all married with our own HDB flats and properties.

However, my mum is currently in her late 70s and wheelchair bounded with difficulty in speaking. I have not obtained medical report to certify her mental condition as i had previously not felt a need to.

I would like to check if any of my siblings can bring her to hdb to sell her flat. Will the officers allow it? How do i stop them from this. Anyone who sees her know that she is incapable of making decisions.

Is there any way to protect myself to ensure all of us get equal shares and not taken by a single party in the event that my mum is not around. Also will half siblings be allowed a share of the hdb property. Much appreciated.
