1) When there is a change of applicant/s, the application will be void since the eligibility scheme changed.
2) But for your case, it is related to the priority scheme rather than the eligibility.
3) I would think your parents' flat will be bounced out under the SBF once their situation materializes, i.e. final court order is issued, if their flat BTO is later than the court order.
4) You should be able to keep your flat though since there is no change to your eligibility.
5) To get a firm answer, it is best to direct this question to the authorities since they have the final say.
