My parent would like to sell their high floor, 3 room flat at 428, clementi ave 3. Near to MRT, Clementi Mall, NTUC, reputated school..Their flat is in original condition w/o any Reno since day 1(cement flooring). Can any agent advice what is the estimation selling pricing like?

How much higher if they will to do a Reno before sell it?

Afternoon JJ,

The current estimate valuation is aroun $368 to $375k. Asking COV would be around $25 to $40k. The issue would be on your unit's facing. There are many buyers who would love your parent's unit as it would be good for major overhaul.

By doing renovation to sell, not only will you incur cost, it also waste time and effort. You may also not recover the possible cost put in for this additional work.
